MAINTENANCE INSPECTION – **************
Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 30 %) Rear ( 7 %) ***************** THE RIGHT REAR BRAKE PADS HAVE SIGNIFICANT WEAR COMPARED TO THE LEFT . THE PADS ARE NOT MOVING FREELY IN THE CALIPER BRACKET RUST HAS CAUSED THEM TO BIND. THE REAR PADS AND ROTORS WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED AND EXTRA TIME WILL BE REQUIRED TO GRIND OFF THE RUST FROM THE CALIPER BRACKET .
THE FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS ARE DRY AND HAVE SMALL CRACKS IN THEM . THIS IS NORMAL FOR THE AGE AND MILEAGE . UNTIL THE BUSHING SPLIT OPEN OR FALL OUT OF PLACE THERE IS NO REASON TO ADDRESS THEM .
Install new brake pads, inspect calipers & rotors. Clean & lubricate slide surfaces. Bleed hydraulic system & road test vehicle. **********************
