VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT DRIVEN OFTEN WILL HAVE ISSUES WITH THE BATTERY DISCHARGING AND ALSO ISSUES WITH RUST . THE ALTERNATOR BELT WAS TIGHTENED TO CURE THE LOUD NOISE WHEN STARTED . ONCE ON THE LIFT TO PERFORM THE OIL CHANGE AND UNDER CARRIAGE INSPECTION SEVERAL PROBLEMS WERE FOUND ALL RELATING TO RUST. THE CONTROL ARM ON THE LEFT SIDE HAS RUSTED OUT . THE SUBFRAME ON THE RIGHT FRONT WHERE THE CONTROL ARM IS MOUNTED TO HAS RUSTED OUT . BOTH OF THESE ITEMS WILL KEEP THE VEHICLE FROM PASSING THE STATE INSPECTION . THE REMAINING UNDER CARRIAGE IS EXTREMELY RUSTY AND OTHER RUST RELATED ISSUES WILL CONTINUE . THE BATTERY WAS RECHARGED BEFORE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN OUT OF SERVICE BAY .

Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 5 %) Rear ( 20 %) ***************** THE SQUEEL IS COMING FROM THE REAR BRAKES . TO CURE THE NOISE IT WILL REQUIRE NEW PADS AND ROTORS . THE FRONT BRAKES ARE WORN OUT AND WILL REQUIRE REPLACEMENT .
