VEH HAD OVER 60 DIFFERENT CODES IN ALMOST ALL SYSTEMS. SOME WERE DUPLICATE CODES CAUSED BY RF ABS SENSOR CKT PROBLEM. * INSP SENSOR. SENSOR CONNECTOR WAS FOUND NOT SECURED IN PLASTIC HATCH AND RUBBER GROMMETS WERE NOT INSTALL PROPERLY TO SECURE CABLE FROM MOVING AROUND. RR BRAKE PAD SENSOR HARNESS NOT SECURED TO CONTROL ARM CLIPS. * CLEAR ALL CODES. ABS CODE FOR RF SENSOR CAME BACK. NO SIGNAL SEEN ON SCAN TOOL FOR RF WHEEL * REMOVE LF AND RF WHEELS FOR ACCESS TO SENSOR AND HARNESS. USE JUMPER WIRE TO TEST RF SENSOR. SENSOR WORKING, OK. SWAP JUMPERS TO LF SENSOR TO RF CIRCUIT, NO SIGNAL FROM RF ABS SENSOR CIRCUIT. * VEH MAY HAVE A HARNESS AND OR AN ABS MODULE PROBLEM. * NOTE: EXTRA TIME WAS REQUIRED TO REMOVE WHEELS, FROZEN TO HUBS WITH CORROSION. CLEAN CORROSION FROM WHEELS AND HUBS, LUBE AS NECC. ************
TIGHTEN LOWER BOLTS ON VALVE COVER AND CLEAN AREA. IF OIL CONT TO LEAK, VEH WILL NEED VALVE COVER AND OR GASKET REPLACED. **********
CLEAN RODENTS MESSES UNDER HOOD, REMOVE NEST MATERIAL. VACUUM AS MUCH OF THE DEBRIS AS POSSIBLE. ************************
