    • DTC P0014 EXHAUST CAMSHAFT POSITION SYSTEM PERFORMANCE. DTC P0700 TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE REQUESTED MALFUNCTION INDICATOR ON . DTC P0711 TRANSMISSION FLUID TEMPERATURE SENSOR PERFORMANCE . USING SCAN TOOL TO ACTUATE THE CAMSHAFT VARIABLE VALVE TIMING ON BOTH RIGHT BANK ACTUATORS SHOWS THE EXHAUST ACTUATOR IS NOT WORKING . THERE IS NO CHANGE TO ENGINE RPM. THE ACTUATOR WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED . THE 2 TRANSMISSION CODES ARE CAUSED BY THE TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE SEEING A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION FLUID TEMPERATURE SENSOR . THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR WAS MONITORED AND AT THIS TIME IT IS READING NORMALLY . THE TRANSMISSION FLUID TEMPERATURE WAS LESS THAN THE ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE AND WATCHING THE DATA ON THE SCAN TOOL THE READING CLIMBED STEADILY WITHOUT AND FAST CHANGES . THE CAMSHAFT POSITION SOLENOID SHOULD BE REPLACED AND THE CODES CLEARED . IF THE TRANSMISSION CODES RETURN FURTHER TESTING WILL BE REQUIRED .
    • REMOVE AND REPLACE ACTUATOR SOLENOID , CLEAR CODES AND TEST DRIVE VEHICLE .
