DTC P0441 EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM SMALL LEAK DETECTED . PERFORM VISUAL INSPECTION OF EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM LINES AND CONNECTIONS NO OBVIOUS ISSUES COULD BE SEEN . ATTACH SMOKE MACHINE TO SYSTEM AND PERFORM LEAK CHECK. WITH THE VENT VALVE CLOSED AND THE SYSTEM FILLED WITH SMOKE A SMALL LEAK WAS INDICATED ON THE FLOW GAUGE . NOTHING COULD BE SEEN VISUALLY IN THE TANK OR CANISTER AREA . FUEL CAP FAILURES ARE VERY COMMON . EVEN THOUGH THEY DO NOT SHOW LEAKS WHILE SMOKE TESTING THE FUEL CAP COULD STILL BE FAULTY . FUEL CAP SHOULD BE REPLACED . REPLACE FUEL CAP WITH LEXUS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT .
