– Perform multipoint inspection. Hoist vehicle and inspect steering, suspension, and undercarriage. Visually inspect brake linings. Check all fluid levels (top off as needed). Test Battery. Inspect tire wear and pressure.

Install new brake pads. Inspect caipers & rotors. Clean & lube slide points Bleed hydraulic system & Road test vehicle.
Remove and reinstall four wheels to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( 70 %) Rear ( 10 %) ***************** THE BIGGEST PULSATION FELT ON THE TEST DRIVE WAS COMING FROM THE REAR . THERE MAY BE A SMALL PULSATION COMING FROM THE FRONT . THE FRONT BRAKE PADS HAVE A LOT OF LIFE REMAINING . THE RIGHT REAR INNER BRAKE PAD HAS PREMATURE WEAR . THE PADS ARE SEIZED IN THE CALIPER BRACKET. THE REAR PADS AND ROTORS WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED.

Drain & fill oil, Install new oil filter. Lubricate chassis, latches & hinges. Inspect fluid levels (when access time permits) Set tire pressure to specs. *****************
Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, Center steering wheel. Perform steering angle relearn as required. ******************** Factory adjustments are not always provided.
