Lining remaining is: Front ( 40 %) Rear ( 0 %) * INSIDE SURFACES ON FRT ROTORS ALMOST HALF RUST, OUTSIDE SURFACE, OK.. CALIPERS ARE MOVING, OK. MAY CAUSE REAR BRAKES TO WORK HARDER THEN NORMAL. RECOMMEND REPLACING FRT BRAKES IN FALL BEFORE WINTER. * LR FORWARD SHOE DOWN TO METAL, WHEEL CYL PISTON CORRODED AND FROZEN. * RR BACKING PLATE ROTTING AWAY, PIECES GETTING JAMMED BETWEEN DRUM AND BACKING PLATE. * VEH NEEDS REAR BRAKES. *****************
    • Clean, lubricate and replace hardware as required. Inspect wheel cylinders. Bleed and adjust brake system. ****************************
    • RESURFACE BRAKE DRUMS (2)
    • REPLACE REAR WHEEL CYLS. HEAT BRAKE LINES TO FREE UP. INSTALL NEW WHEEL CYLS, BLEED AS NECC. * BLEED ALL 4 WHEELS. ******************************

    • DTC P0442 EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM SMALL LEAK DETECTED . DTC P2187 SYSTEM TOO LEAN AT IDLE BANK 1. PERFORM VISUAL INSPECTION OF EVAPORATIVE EMISSION SYSTEM LINES AND CONNECTIONS . NPO OBVIOUS PROBLEMS COULD BE SEEN. A SMOKE TEST WILL BE REQUIRED . ATTACH SMOKE MACHINE TO SYSTEM AND PERFORM LEAK TEST. THE FLOW GAUGE INDICATES A LEAK ,BUT NOTHING COULD BE SEEN INSPECTION OF THE PURGE CONTROL VALVE SHOWS THE VALVE IS LEAKING WHEN IT IS CLOSED . THE PURGE VALVE BEING STUCK OPEN WILL ALSO CAUSE THE SECOND CODE. THE PURGE VALVE WILL HAVE TRO BE REPLACED.
